ASRB Recruitment required eligibility details

Educational Qualification: As per ASRB official notification candidate should have completed Doctoral Degree from any of the recognized boards or Universities.

Experience Details

Director:

  • Candidates should have Doctoral degree in Basic Science with minimum 15 years of post Ph.D research experience in Veterinary Science/Animal Science
  • Candidates should have Minimum 25 years of post-Ph.D. research/academic experience including at least 05 years of experience as Programme Leader/Director/Director General/DDG of CGIAR or other international organizations

Deputy Director General:

  • Candidates should have Doctoral degree in Basic Sciences with minimum 15 years of post Ph.D research experience in Agricultural Sciences
  • Candidates should have Minimum 25 years of post-Ph.D. research/academic experience including at least 05 years of experience as Programme Leader/Director/Director General/DDG of CGIAR or other international organizations

Assistant Director General:

  • Candidates should have Doctoral degree in Basic Sciences with minimum 10 years of post Ph.D research experience in Agricultural Sciences
  • Candidates should have Programme Leader/Head of Regional Centres of CGIAR or Centres of other international organizations with minimum 20 years of post-Ph.D. research/academic experience

Project Director:

  • Candidates should have Doctoral degree in Social Science/Basic Science/Mass Communication/Information Technology with minimum 10 years of post Ph.D work experience in Publishing/Communication/Agricultural Knowledge Management
  • Candidates should have At least 05 years experience as Principal Scientist/Professor or in an equivalent position

Joint Director:

  • Candidates should have At least 05 years experience as Principal Scientist/Professor or in an equivalent position
  • Candidates Should have Programme Leader/Head of Regional Centres of CGIAR or Centres of other international organizations with minimum 20 years of post-Ph.D. research/academic experience

Age Limit: As per the Agricultural Scientist Recruitment Board recruitment notification, Candidate maximum age should be 60 years.
